We purchased a new rocky Ridge 2021 f150 February 5 22 we haven't had nothing but problems and they are doing nothing but lying. Brought car in to have a recall fixed I broke my car in for a Rico 6. The sales manager said that recalls do not expire. I said OK go back and fix it. The power steering was messed up and I broke my car in for a Rico 6. The sales manager said that recalls do not expire. I said OK go back and fix it. Right after he told me that recalls don't expire. They told me it was broken and that it need to to be fixed. The ricoh should pay to fix this period that is what the recall was 4. Faulty steering.
