I was greeted promptly. My service advisor, Jay, went though the process with me and explained what I needed. I was expecting a long time frame and was quoted a shorter time My service advisor, Jay, went though the process with me and explained what I needed. I was expecting a long time frame and was quoted a shorter time. I had the option of a loaner or Über and took the ride. The call to tell me it was done was even quicker than. What Jay told me so even better. And I was picked up and quickly was able to get my service completed. I had a great experience and so much quicker than expected. More

Service is slow (1month) Returned car…no car jack or spare tire any longer. They don’t know where it went. Richie and Jay were great. However, I now have to replace my spare tire and jack. Mercedes doe spare tire any longer. They don’t know where it went. Richie and Jay were great. However, I now have to replace my spare tire and jack. Mercedes doesn’t program the fob for older cars if you have to change your key. Now I have to do everything manually. Being a woman, it’s a safety issue for me. When I’m out and have to unlock my car, I no longer am able to push a button to lock or unlock my car. Instead I have to take the manual key out of the fob to lock, unlock or open the trunk. Rediculous!!! I’ll make the drive to a different dealership going forward. More
