I just purchased a civic lx from trust Palmdale Honda and xxxx if I don’t feel like I got ripped off again. For over 12 years I have been coming back to this place for my lease and every time there are issue xxxx if I don’t feel like I got ripped off again. James the salesman, I’ve worked with every time , is always friendly and honest, as best he can be. But once it goes to “his manager “ everything goes out the window. It’s very frustrating and I have never walked out the door feeling good about the purchase. I love the civic and again the salesperson James is great. The rest of the financial process is a nightmare. Every time. More

Horrific experience. Sent my daughter there to buy an accord they had listed for $21491 on their website. When she got there they told her it would be 15% or more finance rate. She told them she would come back the following day with financing. She got approved for 5.5% with our credit Union and went back the next day. When she got there the price was then $25,999. I called them to ask why and they were wildly argumentative and told me I needed proof. I just instructed her to leave. More
