Low and behold not only did he call back within 30 minutes, he called back with exactly what I wanted, a Black 2019 Cadillac XT5 with all the goodies! I went up there for a test drive after work and loved it. I was running late on time but this is where his manager Jay Bakr stepped in and made me a customer for life. From Test Drive to handing me the keys was a little over an hour. I hate being at a dealership signing papers for hours and these guys stepped it up and went above and beyond for me. If you want a dealership that will get you what you want not what they have call Rizza and ask for Coach! You will not be disappointed! More
