He was prompt, polite and very easy going regarding the sale. Jaxon didn't pressure me and allowed me to move at my own speed, and most of all he was honest. Ed Hussein, assisted with pricing questions I had and much like Jaxon, he was absolutely 100% truthful with even when the truth might "hurt". For that I am grateful. Cory Walcher in finance was outstanding. Cory kept us on task and ensured we received the best interest rates possible and was no pressure when it came to additional benefits. Cory was friendly, patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Last but certainly not least, I have to mention Stan Bogdan. Stan was what I'd call the backbone of the business. As one of the managers at Mel Hambelton Ford, he deserves a lot of credit for the professionalism of his team. When you have a group of guys, not just one or two but an entire team, comprised of honest, hard working people, you've got to look to their leadership. Leaders set the example and Stan is that example. A good leader gives the credit to his team when things go right and he takes the blame when things go wrong.
