Horrible experience how can a dealership keep your vehicle for damages to a loaner 😤😤😫 not legally illegally yes and they tried it I was in a involved in a hit and run but I had given them my insu vehicle for damages to a loaner 😤😤😫 not legally illegally yes and they tried it I was in a involved in a hit and run but I had given them my insurance I didn't know my insurance only covers rentals for cars in a an accident my vehicle was being repaired so when I went to retrieve my vehicle that they had which has been there 3 times in 45 days once I got there I was told I could not get my vehicle that I pay a note on until the damaged vehicle was paid over 7k before putting in the loaner they should have verified the coverage if I had known we could have went another route that's some dirty low down xxxx and Jim is a uncle Tom xxx xxxxx and the other dark hair worker needs to be deported they need to verify coverages before putting you in a loaner and my car still wasn't fixed I will never visit that dealership again t 😤😤😤 very unhappy customer More

Worst service. Service department is terrible I was waiting for 5 hours to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick up my vehicle it still took an hour for them to pull it out from the service department. Absolutely worst experience at a Mopar dealership ever. Highly Won’t Recommend More
