Would like to give ZERO but that was not an option. So I used TRUE CAR for 2024 GMC TERRAIN DENALI 3GKALXEG3RL300369. On May 10th I was given my TRUE CAR price. I went into the dealership and they gav So I used TRUE CAR for 2024 GMC TERRAIN DENALI 3GKALXEG3RL300369. On May 10th I was given my TRUE CAR price. I went into the dealership and they gave me a price $10k higher than the TRUE PRICE. I walked out of dealership and contacte d TRUE CAR. TRUE CAR asked me to call Manager at the location. I did.I spoke to Juan at 533pm on Saturday. He asked for me to send over paperwork and he would have someone contact me. Its Sunday night and no one has contacted me so I filed a complaint with TRUE CAR. I have the TRUE CAR paperwork if anyone would like to see. And Ill gladly put my name to this complaint. Javier our salesman was patient and knowledgeable and friendly. Todd in finance went above and beyond and worked very hard to secured us excellent financing terms and rates with GM.
