Website offered 7:30 7:45 appointments. When I arrived for my 7:45 am appointment I was informed that service center doesn’t open until 8 am. They did go ahead and open earlier than 8 whic When I arrived for my 7:45 am appointment I was informed that service center doesn’t open until 8 am. They did go ahead and open earlier than 8 which was appreciated, but the website appointment app needs to be fixed to accurately reflect the true business hours to stop wasting customer’s time. More
