All of your staff were amazing! Very kind, patient and they all had a smile. Service was great and George, was very sweet, as per usual and he gave me a lot of useful information Very kind, patient and they all had a smile. Service was great and George, was very sweet, as per usual and he gave me a lot of useful information regarding my vehicle's needs. The wait time was fantastic and the front desk assistant, I believe her name was Kasandra, her customer service skills was excellent! Her welcoming smile made me feel like I was someone important. While I waiting on my oil change, I was asked by a sales rep, Javier Narvaez, if I was needing assistance ( I was on the sales floor, window shopping) and he was highly knowledgable on all the different cars, I was very impressed. Although he tried to get me to look at a car that I had my eye on, I declined. His persistance was honerable, was not pushy, but repectfuly persistant. I admilred his work ethics because working in sales is an extremely difficult job. None the less, Javier was very pleasant. If I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future, I would defenitely be asking for him! I will continue to come to Deland Kia for all my car needs. Keep up the great work! Have a beautiful day! The sales team was great, however the service guys not so much. I would like to get future service at a different location. Not friendly at all. I was left to get back to the dearship on my own after being t much. I would like to get future service at a different location. Not friendly at all. I was left to get back to the dearship on my own after being told someone would return to get me from.5 mile away. Then when I returned was treated as if I was a bother. I don’t think I’d recommend that location after all. The free tint was the only reason for my return so soon after my purchase. Turns out it wasn’t free after everything was done. More

My engine failed while driving on I95. My mechanic recommended that I call the dealership I bought the car, which I did. I was so happy to find out that the engine was covered. The kia dealership and service department did a wonderful job and was able to give me a loaner car so that I could get to and from work as a nurse. So far it was wonderful. When I called to pick up the car the service representative asked me if the brake light was on prior to the engine failure. I said no, that no lights came on prior to the engine stopping--not even the engine light. They said that the brake light was going on and off (on the dashboard) and that they did not do anything that would have caused it and suggested that I have new brakes. They quoted me a price and being that the dealership is over an hour from my home, I elected to take it to my home mechanic. The dealership stated that it was okay to drive and to please let them know if I found anything about the brake light. I. got it to my mechanic, who quoted me a much better price on the brakes and stated they would look into why the brake light was now suddenly coming on. The mechanic stated that they would look into the brake light for me. They changes my brakes and then assessed the light which was still going on and off. The mechanic then stated that it was probably a problem with a wire when they put the new engine in and they did not know what to do. I called back to Kia, to the service rep who stated he wanted to know the outcome and left a message. I got no call back. I called again and left a message to see if there was anything that could be done. Again no call back. So, my brake light still goes off and on, but at least I have new brakes. The whole incident went from our family stating we would definitely be going back to Deland for a new car when it came time, to maybe, we are not sure. However, I do want to praise the mechanics who worked on my car and got my engine fixed. I do love my car. More
