Waste of time, False advertisement, Hidden costs etc... Complete waste of time, Drove over an hour to find out the car did not have all the features it said it did. They (Javier & Eric) blamed that on cargurus where I had found the car listed. Even with some of the features missing I was still interested in buying the 2017 Chevy Cruze premier sedan until they tried to charge an extra $1300.00 for the tuxedo pkg. (hidden cost) It said no where on there site or on cargurus anything about an extra fee for that. Eric tried to tell me that the photos I saw where before that was done to the car, which was a complete lie because I pulled up the link to the website and showed him the photos that showed the car with the tuxedo pkg. He said it must of updated it, which doesn't make much sense to me if they updated the photos why didn't they update the price too. I told him that I wasn't going to pay any extra sense that wasn't mentioned anywhere (and still isn't two days later, not on there site or cargurus). They were asking 16,200 for the car and wouldn't even budge at all, Eric made it seem like he was doing me a favor by absorbing the cost of the tuxedo pkg. but wouldn't even come down to 15,900 ($300.00 difference, that's it). Told me that I should expect to pay what the car is listed for and that dealerships don't give discounts (another lie). Javier was no help at all, all he did was play middle man the whole time and walk back and forth from me to Eric until I told him I wanted his best price and that I was ready to put down a hefty down payment if he would come down on the price.(was going to pay cash that night for it, but they did not know that) Eric finally decided to come out and talk face to face, which got us completely no where, other than more frustrated and pissed off. He told me he would sell the car for 16,200 and that was the best price I was going to get. So I said not to me, and not tonight and left. From someone who is a current sales person I was extremely frustrated that they were not willing to work with me at all on the price not even $300.00 knowing that there is always a little wiggle room. The whole experience was a complete waste of time, I would not recommend dealing with Sunrise Chevy Certified Pre-Owned in the future. More

I felt the sun was shinning inside this Chevy Dealer . This is were I was met at the door by Javier my Chevy Salesman, who was very polite and kind and presented no pressure given for any reason. I have in the past walked out of dealership simple because of the way I was being treated, followed and pressured. My experience here at Sunrise was the opposite. I was so happy with everything I bought the car I was interested in. My experience was very pleasant at Sunrise and I would recommended them to everyone I can.
