Yes, my experience wasn't anything special. Showed up to drop off my vehicle, Javier is the one who handled my service experience. He wasn't informative on anything that went on with my vehicle Showed up to drop off my vehicle, Javier is the one who handled my service experience. He wasn't informative on anything that went on with my vehicle. He never discussed what they found along with what's the next steps or expectations. Even while chatting with him, it was very dry, nonchalant. He never gave me a call to discuss anything. What made my experience sub par was seeing the service guy driving my vehicle, on the road as I was on the side of him, and he was texting and driving. Plus they did not fill my gas back where it was originally along with my car smelling like GAS! smells like straight gasoline. The lady who opened the door for me, I asked her what is the expectations and she said when they get the part in they will call me. Overall, the service suck, I just bought the vehicle in August and somehow, I am regretting who I serviced my car with. I made choose to go to another dealership closer to my house and try out their service department. Maybe if I would have gotten another service rep I would know more about what's going on. He seemed pretty lost. More
