Akbar was great, he showed us the cars and helped out with getting us deal on price for the car. The rest of our experience was not great. We had to wait over 3hours to sit with the finance manager to fi with getting us deal on price for the car. The rest of our experience was not great. We had to wait over 3hours to sit with the finance manager to finish the sale. Then when we finally got to the car at this point it was after hours and the detailing was not completed. The entire back seat was still dirty. mats were not cleaned and fingerprints all over. Then the next day we came back to have the car detailed again and still it was dirty! There were crumbs on the center console and the fingerprints were still on the head rests. I felt like was taking home a used car! And since I dont have all day to just sit to have someone clean it for a third time I took it home and cleaned it myself. I have been a customer for over 10yrs at this location and last 1+ years I have not had a great experiences here. More

I did not have a good experience at this dealer. The whole process took over 5 hours. When I was signing the documents nothing was explained to me unless I asked. This is not how it should be. I was charged for separate extra fees that I thought were already included. I was never told the price for those extra charges or that they were optional. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
