The finance manager also gave us attitude because we did not want to pay 40 a month for unlimited oil changes, even after explaining that we live no where close to one of their stations. More

Finance manager DG was very rude. 1st I was told that the recall didn’t affect me. After calling corporate it did. I waited 8 hours for a 4 hour repair with an appointment.
