Our initial purchase with the dealership was great, due to Chris Gaines being our salesman. He worked hard and helped us to be able to get our nice, new telluride. There was a piece of trim that was coming to Chris Gaines being our salesman. He worked hard and helped us to be able to get our nice, new telluride. There was a piece of trim that was coming off that was noticed after buying the car, of course it is covered under the warranty. However, when dealing with the service department it left a bad taste in our mouths. The lack of communication between the service manager and the technicians was ridiculous. We were told after the first trip of going to the dealership that it would take 2 hrs to fix, so we rescheduled. The second appt took approximately 4 hrs to complete the fix and that was after my husband pointed out that it had not been touched, even though we were called and told after an hour that the trim had been fixed. Very disappointing. More
