I disagree. You do not take customer service seriously. I reached out to Brody the sales manager because I was upset. I couldn’t be more direct than that. The power steering pump is shot, the starter also had to be replaced. We had it as Brody pointed out 8 days!!!!!!!! So much for the 5 pages service inspection I was handed. Brody’s only response after I got mad was “Have your lawyer call our lawyer”. I wouldn’t suggest buying ANYTHING from this dealership. Sweet upfront and they’ll put a knife in your back the minute they get your money.
