I had a tire issue and had two completely different
experiences at this dealership. The first time I spoke with Brett, he told me my warranty wouldn’t cover my tires and made it sound like my only opti
experiences at this dealership. The first time I spoke with Brett, he told me my warranty wouldn’t cover my tires and made it sound like my only option was to buy new ones. After reading through my warranty myself, I realized that wasn’t true.
When I came back and worked with Jason, it was a totally different experience. He listened to what I was dealing with, re-measured my tires, and confirmed they were still within the coverage (4/32 and 5/32, not under 2/32 like I was told before). He also explained the risks of driving on the damaged tire, which really made me feel like he cared about my safety and not just making a sale.
Jason called the warranty company directly and was able to get one of my tires covered. I also mentioned the manufacturer’s warranty that I had looked up myself, and even though it was new to him, he was willing to ask around the department and call Continental to confirm I could get a prorated replacement after a tire inspection . He went the extra mile, and I left feeling taken care of.
Big thanks to Jason for being professional, honest, and actually looking out for me as a customer. If I ever need services done on my car, he is the only person I would want to work with.
