I went to get an estimate on how much parts and labor will cost to have the front ball bearings replaced on my prius. They also found the water pump had a leak. When i went to pick up the car, the service man said they washed and vacuumed the car. I figured it was okay, since it was raining, we didn't have a walk through. He told me the total price but refused to allow me to see the work order and price break-out. I drove from the lot straight to Tampa at 5 pm and took the back roads, and I noticed with the rain that my front windshield had a film that made it blurry and annoying to see through; I also noticed my head lights were not illuminating like they normally do (I have HID lights). The next day, I looked at the work order and noticed I was billed twice to have the serpentine belt placed on the car. I called in and they accepted to refund me the money that was over billed; and after several talks, they agreed to clean my windshield. I had to miss half a day of work and drive over 100 miles round trip for them to clean the windshield; as it turns out, they never processed my refund, and if i didn't say anything about it once there, they would have stayed quiet about it and kept it (how i know, because the paper work for it was never done, and i had to wait 10 min after i requested it though they said they were working on it 3 days earlier). At the end of it all, they said the cleaning crew washed my windshield with a dirty rag (which is what also got my headlights dirty and didn't allow the light to shine through) that caused my windshield to be blurry; clearly, this was the dealer's fault, but i was not compensated for my half day of work missed nor my travel of 100 miles to get to the dealer and back to my home/work. More

Very please with our sales rep Josh and way he handled the sales and way all was handled and his communication with me. Also was very much impressed and very pleased with way he showed and explained every the sales and way all was handled and his communication with me. Anytime I have been to Dothan Toyota I have had EXCELLENT service. I have been so please that I recommended several people there and as a matter of fact my parents bought 2 vehicles after seeing my experienc service. THANK You all so much for being an awsome team. I started there a bad experience with a visit to toyota of enterprise, when i went to dothan toyota my issuse was resolved promptly with my then new sequoia. I really appreciate how all my questions and needs are answered and met. Honestly I have been a Toyota customer since 2010. I have dealt with toyota dealerships from Arizona, Florida and Alabama. Never have i been so pleased as i am with dothan toyota. My last car was purchased with Kevin Woodrow and he was great at helping get into exactly what i wanted. When I called Jason to set up my first maintenance appointment on my like-new 2008 Toyota Solara which I purchased at Toyota of Dothan in the fall of 2012, I asked if I could bring it in on Saturday. appointment on my like-new 2008 Toyota Solara which I purchased at Toyota of Dothan in the fall of 2012, I asked if I could bring it in on Saturday. I told him I understood Saturdays were a very busy day and wondered if he could fit me in. He asked what time I would like to bring it in. I told him I could bring it in between 8 and 8:30 a.m.. He said that would be fine. When I showed up a half-hour late that Saturday morning, the waiting area as packed, and I expected to wait there the better part of the day. When I asked Jason how long it would be, he told me an hour and a half, and indeed that's what it was. The Toyota of Dothan team, puts customers first, and exceeds expectations. More
