The sales experience was excellent—no pressure at all while we explored and test drove two different vehicles. Financing was smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the service department’s follow-up has been extremely disappointing. We needed immediate service at the Ford location in West Valley right after purchase, and the issue remains unresolved even after seven weeks. Southtowne’s service team failed to communicate throughout the process. We received no updates and had to repeatedly call just to find out where our vehicle was. There was a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. Thankfully, we connected with Brandon at the West Valley store, who has been outstanding. He’s continued to support us long after the sale, and we’re still working with him to get things resolved. It would have made a world of difference if someone from Southtowne had simply reached out. More
