In my experience, this dealership sells junk cars! ! I purchased a 2024 in January 2025 with 5k miles and the car has been in the shop twice, going on 3!!! First OnStar needed to get reset, then the fuel door had issues and now the engine has issues!! Stay away from John Elway because they GAF about customers and will lie to your face!! I give the GM a negative 10 along with his dealership! They will ghost you after you buy a car and it has issues! Worse than a car lot on Colfax!! They lie about everything to get you to buy the car!! More

In December of 2020 I purchased a '17 Certified Pre-owned Chevy Volt. The experience was pressure less, fast, and pleasant. In July of '22 I took the vehicle in for an oil change. (Almost all mileage was off Chevy Volt. The experience was pressure less, fast, and pleasant. In July of '22 I took the vehicle in for an oil change. (Almost all mileage was off the battery.) I mentioned that I was getting an intermittent "Shift to Park" message, even though the car was in Park. The service department ended up removing and reinstalling the Transmission control, installed a new shifter harness and wire harness jumper, all at no charge. I paid only for the oil change. Last month (2/23) I experienced a flat tire. On going into the storage area I discovered that I was missing all the equipment to reinflate the tire. After getting the tire fixed I went to the dealership thinking "I have had this car for 26 months, this should be interesting." I went to the parts department and got a list of what had been missing. I took the list to sales and worked with Jason Somers, who basically told me that he would get the parts ordered and call me when they came in. I now have new original equipment that was missing, at no charge. I have never written a review on anything in my lifetime. However, I felt that people should know about the professional, customer oriented treatment that I have experienced from John Elway Chevrolet Sales and service department in the past two years. A special "shout out" to Jason Somers for his professionalism. More

Great service from sales managers Joshua was a great person to work with. He was kind friendly and work out the best deal for me. Jason was also a great person to work with.
