My wife and I were out browsing cars and wanted to trade in our vehicle. We stopped into BiCal and met Jason Siegel. Very professional and easy to chat with. We were very undecided on what we were looking f in our vehicle. We stopped into BiCal and met Jason Siegel. Very professional and easy to chat with. We were very undecided on what we were looking for and Jason took the time to help us explore the many different cars. He then suggested the new model Chevy Trax and offered to have us test drive it. Honestly at first, we were undecided but after Jason taking the time to provide us with the details and pricing both my wife and I decided this was a fit. After the purchase Jason took the time to review all the features, assisted us with hooking up our phones to the apps. What an overall pleasant experience. More

Do not go to this dealer. I chose not to buy a car with them and they held on to my deposit for over thirty days. I logged a complaint with GM and they still did not refund I chose not to buy a car with them and they held on to my deposit for over thirty days. I logged a complaint with GM and they still did not refund my money. They refused to speak with American Express who was trying to get my money back. They are nothing but liners and great at the xxxxxxxx. They never returned my calls nor returned GM calls or emails. I give them no stars and it comes with this warning do not do business with this dealer you will regret it. More
