My family and I have been buying and leasing cars from Mazda for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever experienced a Not great visit to Liberty Mazda. Jordan was not warm and only picked so Mazda for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever experienced a Not great visit to Liberty Mazda. Jordan was not warm and only picked some of my goals and when trying to pick cars, I was basically told no to the car I wanted because it would not sell as well when I traded it in later which would make leasing more expensive and I understand that but after years of service and sale, it’s insane to think I can’t be allowed better options because there are more cars in the lot to sell: I’m thinking of changing dealerships, maybe even brand of car. More

Zeon made my first Mazda lease experience very easy and stress free. He explained all the options we have and was able to find the perfect car for us. I have seen him off and on when I am there servicing stress free. He explained all the options we have and was able to find the perfect car for us. I have seen him off and on when I am there servicing my vehicle and he has always said hi or made a point to make us feel noticed and not just another customer. After our last vehicle servicing, he approached us about our upcoming lease end and if we were thinking about staying with Mazda. We will definitely stick with Mazda for the level of service they provide from the sales floor to the servicing of vehicles. They have great quality cars and sales people to assist you with any purchase you need. Thank you Zeon for making me love Mazda!! More

We have a CX5 we purchased from another dealership that has had a intermittent sudden acceleration issue. Jason Secor has worked hard to try to find the issue and I am sure we will eventually will. Whil has had a intermittent sudden acceleration issue. Jason Secor has worked hard to try to find the issue and I am sure we will eventually will. While the intermittent problem still seems to exists, we have been very impressed with his technical knowledge, patience, and superb communication skills. We cannot the same same about Corporate Mazda, as, to date, they have been of little value.. I would recommend this service department to others. More
