From the moment I started shopping around for a Chevy Blazer EV, Jason was immensely helpful in helping, following up with for having right documentation and other things that were needed to close the de Blazer EV, Jason was immensely helpful in helping, following up with for having right documentation and other things that were needed to close the deal. He was not only helpful but very patient and courteous. He proactively ensured to have sufficient charge to drive the new vehicle back home in Pennsylvania. He didn’t hesitate to spend time taking to my insurance company to add the new vehicle to my insurance. He also spent time and gave a tour of the merchandise store in the dealership. Last but not least, he patiently explained necessary features of the vehicle and checked in a few times on how I am doing with the new vehicle and need any help. I thank Jason for what he has done to give an exceptional service customer service. I thank JBA Chevrolet as well! Manager Tom as well was extremely helpful throughout the process. More
