I had my X5 serviced for an oil change and software upgrade and Jason was super helpful as usual. He worked with the team to make sure that I get the required upgrade for the missing SW features in t upgrade and Jason was super helpful as usual. He worked with the team to make sure that I get the required upgrade for the missing SW features in the car and explained everything that’ll done. David was equally helpful and made my transportation from the shop to home very comfortable. The service car (X5 F15) is clean. He even made sure that a friend working at Winslow come out to see me. While waiting to get my car back another SA (didn’t get his name) checked on me and made sure that I’m being served. The planned work was completed on time with a report sent out through email (my preferred method). More

Poor customer service, xxxx poor response times. I had some issues with Winslow BMW, however Jason Russel did his best to straighten the issues out and I appreciate all he did to help. He is an asset I had some issues with Winslow BMW, however Jason Russel did his best to straighten the issues out and I appreciate all he did to help. He is an asset to their team and I feel that I can contact him and know that he will help as much as he can. I was able to purchase the extended service plan and complete the service that was recommended. I will be servicing our BMW with Winslow and will have no issues knowing that they will work with their customers, which is what I believe both the customer and the dealership want, no issues. Great employees, great attitude, total customer support We recently bought our 4th BMW, 2 X5's and now an X6. The first 3 were purchased overseas but the latest was at Winslow. We have been impressed with We recently bought our 4th BMW, 2 X5's and now an X6. The first 3 were purchased overseas but the latest was at Winslow. We have been impressed with the customer service provided by Jason in the service Department who has been thorough, professional and engaging when servicing our cars. Darren was extremely helpful and professional in helping us to find a new car to replace one we were giving to one of our sons. Bill was the consummate teacher in explaining the details in the new car and answered all our questions and also helped to get the navigation system up and running in our 2015 X5. Jim was thorough and complete in helping us navigate through the BMW financing process, expediting the way forward through BMW. Our experiences have been exceptional and I would eagerly recommend Winslow to my friends and colleagues who are looking for a BMW or in need of service. More
