I purchased a car last year and it went very smooth. I had an oils change in January and Jason took great care of me. It was quick and efficient. Highly recommend to all my friends. Went in Tuesday July 21st to have a mirror camera programmed $275 and purchase and have a remote start installed $700, they asked me to pre pay for remote start and bring car back the next week and d programmed $275 and purchase and have a remote start installed $700, they asked me to pre pay for remote start and bring car back the next week and do all at same time, I agreed and ordered parts and returned the next Tuesday dropped it off, they called said they needed it over night I was ok with that, then called next day asked if I could leave another night because parts hadn’t arrived, I couldn’t leave it due to working Thursday through Monday and my wife and daughter need a vehicle while I’m out of town, so again returning the next Tuesday, this time they called late that evening and asked again if I could leave over night again I agreed, the next day they call saying I need a new battery and they cannot program the new remote start without a fully charged new battery, so I purchased one from them, they called again said it was ready I pick it up get it home and you guessed it, remote start doesn’t work, I called asked about it, the guy says it’s user error saying I don’t know what I’m doing, anyway I try it multiple times, figure out they had the original remote to close while programming the new one and now they only work if together, so here I am again making yet another trip to bring it in so they can re do the umpteenth mess up, drop it off get home and for some odd reason they need they operators manual to program it??? Not the installation instructions the operations manual so have to take another trip back to drop this off, I’m on my way yet again to pick it up and if it doesn’t work, they can take everything they sold me off and give me every penny I spent with them back this is getting ridiculous, I’m out of time, and gas wasted running back and forth, this will be the last time they eve do anything for me service related period More
