Above and Beyond Ganley Westside Imports VW Service Department was wonderful. They were prompt and courteous during my prescheduled service visit. My service agent listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. My car was serviced in a timely manner and the fluids were topped off and the car was washed before returning it to me. I will be returning for my future service needs. More

Ray Korfhage, Service Consultant and Rick Romance, Service Tech, are to be commended for their efforts and services. They are great! All of my Subaru's service has been completed through Westside Imports. That said, my initial Subaru was purchased in 2001 and I returned to purchase my second one in 2014. I have had all of my service completed at Westside Imports. The team of service representatives and technicians is exceptional, knowledgable, trusting, and customer oriented. I would do a national TV ad to support and promote the service department and team. More

Above the call of duty When I took my Subaru Impreza Sport Limited in for routine service just before 7:00 PM on a Tuesday, my wife was unable to pick me up and the shuttle When I took my Subaru Impreza Sport Limited in for routine service just before 7:00 PM on a Tuesday, my wife was unable to pick me up and the shuttle service had stopped running. I was planning to either walk or take a bus to get back home. The service manager instead offered me a no-charge loaner to take home, knowing that I would not be able to return it until Thursday morning. I consider that to be well above and beyond the level of service that most dealerships offer. More

Professional, efficient, fair I arrived a little early for my service appointment and they took my car in right away. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel I arrived a little early for my service appointment and they took my car in right away. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel they tried to fool me into getting services I did not need. Quite the contrary, I thought I needed brake service and was told I probably had another 5K miles to go. Additionally, I was unable to print out coupons sent to my email address and when I contacted Jason about this, he printed them out at the dealership and mailed them to me in time for my appointment. This is a great dealership. More
