Koons Ford (Sterling,VA)I saw a Cadillac on line 2006 for $7800. Not a great deal…but looking for a first car for my daughter. We decided to make the 2 hr drive since there seemed to be nothing in our area. $7800. Not a great deal…but looking for a first car for my daughter. We decided to make the 2 hr drive since there seemed to be nothing in our area. Online it mentioned payment amounts. Thought it would be great for first time driver. When we got down there… After sitting for three hours… They told us they could not finance because the car price was higher than the actual value of the car. They should’ve let us know this when we called not have us drive that far for nothing… Very disappointed in the service. More

Make sure you read everything before you sign any documents or they will use deceitful tactics to get you to sign documents that you dont have to sign. No they dont have to run your credit if you have been approved by the bank. Car salesman Jason Robles was rude. Michael Palmer used words to manipulate me to sign papers for a credit check after I had agreed to say no. Even though I was approved by the bank. The dealership cannot beat the banks rate. Sent a letter to the manager Steve after a few days about my concerns, he did not offer a single apology. After 10 days, went to go pick up my car they did not have the hospitality to say thank you for the purchase nor greet me when I came to pick up the car. I done with KOONS. More
