I looked into Paradise Chevrolet in Ventura where I felt that they were dishonest and were out to take advantage of consumers who don't do their research. Most importantly I didn't feel that warm and personable atmosphere at Paradise like I did at Santa Paula Chevrolet. William Thawley was helpful from the start of the process from when I submitted my order to when it was built with great communication. William is extremely knowledgeable about his product and expresses his knowledge with passion for the product rather than a sales pitch. He was very accommodating. Jason Pierce demonstrated great leadership over his team and sought out my best options for me without me having to ask or question if it was more to his benefit, I didn't feel that for one moment. This team was genuinely out to help. They say that when you do things for people expecting something in return, you're doing business not kindness. These guys are definitely in the business of kindness. Believe me I never thought I would say that about a car dealership. They gave me not only the best deal in town but the best deal in Southern California and believe my due to my profession I research EVERYTHING. I'm extremely appreciative of these guys. I'm a director in health care and I got out of my business attire into very VERY casual clothing (tank top, slippers, sweats, baseball cap, tattoos, and YOUNG). Regardless of that, I was greeted immediately by Will at the front door and was treated as if I still had my business suit on. I usually dress very casually intentionally during big buys because I like to go with the person who helps me anyway without judging because these are the ones who are out to genuinely help you not themselves. Great people at Santa Paula Chevrolet and I even was greeted by the owner! I would also like to commend Jaime Torres who was my first contact and quarterbacked everything. HIs honesty was upfront and he helped me secure my car purchase which was not an easy find. FYI I purchased a 2015 ZO6 stingray and couldn't be any happier not only with the car but with the service. The winning combo!!! In 2013 I had to buy a SUV for my family in 2014 we needed a second SUV. Then our family got bigger so we went back to Santa Paula Chevrolet and trade In 2013 I had to buy a SUV for my family in 2014 we needed a second SUV. Then our family got bigger so we went back to Santa Paula Chevrolet and traded in for a 12 seat passenger van. Now we can fit the 3-5 kids (we are foster parents) with the option for friends, wheelchair, stroller, and two dogs with camping equipment. Jason and William made it happen, we seriously owe them. They are professional and helpful, going well beyond the call of duty to get us what we needed. Having had been in management positions for international supply company and if I could have cloned these two I would, they are exactly what I looked for in my employees.
