You know it's more rare than it should be to have a pleasant car buying experience at a delaership. Normally it feels relatively shady, slime'y... we've all had that experience over the years. This was pleasant car buying experience at a delaership. Normally it feels relatively shady, slime'y... we've all had that experience over the years. This was different. First off, the reason I was at the dealership was to have service done on my 2023 Stinger. I sort of tangentially was looking at a new Kia EV6, contemplating my life with a full electric vehicle. Before you know it I was headed down that rabbit hole. So as Alan (service manager) was wrapping a flawless service experience, I was in great hands with Jason, my salesperson. While the car buying experince still takes way too long (it shouldn't ever need more than 2 hours) - the process couldn't have been smoother. Bill Byrd Kia gets my highest recommendation. More
