We had completed our pre-shopping homework, so we were prepared to make quick decisions once we had the test drive and addressed questions about warranties and service plans. Haydar made us feel welcome right away, didn’t try to push an up-sale (he was conscientious that we were there for a specific vehicle), assured that we were attended to, and that we were comfortable in every way. He gave both myself and my husband so much attention to our conversations and questions. Haydar also knew we had an appointment at another dealer an hour and a half after meeting him….he made the time for us and, after the test-drive with Steven proved a great vehicle, Haydar took great care of us so much so that we called the other dealer to cancel. We were in and out with our purchase in less than 4 hours even with the quick trip to the bank! Our Genius, Jason, was great with feature explanations and fielding our questions during our vehicle review and setting up our myBMW account and our devices. Austin Dilg was a pleasure to work with in custom ordering and purchasing our 2025 X3.
