I started out with Pacifico Auto group as a customer. First purchased a pre-owned 1999 Izuzu Rodeo in 1999. From there I purchased all my Vehicles from the Pacifico Auto group. After 10 years in Retail Electronics. I decided I wanted a career change and joined the Pacifico Family in 2006. I started in Ford Sales for a little more than a year. I then joined our Ford Service Department. There I served as a Service Advisor for a year. I helped open and manage our Commercial Truck Center for a year. I served as assistant Service Manager of Ford Service for about 2 years. My long term goals is to work my way to a General Managers Position. In 2012 I moved to our Hyundai/ Mazda Stores. Where again I started out as a Sales Consultant. Since then I have been a Finance Manager, Mazda Sales Manager, after that Used Car Manager for Pacifico Mazda Hyundai. Drian, Emily, Gina and everyone at Pacifico made my experience wonderful and comfortable. They really cared about what was important to me, were knowledgeable and honest, and I genuinely enjoyed my exp experience wonderful and comfortable. They really cared about what was important to me, were knowledgeable and honest, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience working with each of them. Professional but down to earth, not pushy or aggressive, and willing to work within my budget… what more can you ask for? I felt like they were just as happy for me as I was. Also a very nice environment and polite people in all departments including finance, service, and cashier. And how can you say no to free car washes for life? Thank you! More
