A number of weeks ago I visited this dealership to have a key programed. A customer service woman gave me directions on where to go in the building. It turned out to be an area where I didn't belong. Being greeted with cold stares, I was then sent by a technician to an adjoining office where, being ignored I realized I didn't belong there either.
