Incredibly friendly and professional staff in both the sales and service departments. The employees go out of their way to make the dealership experience helpful and easy. I ordered a new 2025 Corvette and was told when I ordered it that it would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to get it. They said it’s possible it may take a little longer. It took almost 5 months to receive t it that it would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to get it. They said it’s possible it may take a little longer. It took almost 5 months to receive the car. The 2026 model could be ordered a month after I received my car. Because it took so long to get my Corvette I forfeited a substantial rebate because my order fell outside of the qualifications for the rebate delivery date. When I ordered the car, I had plenty of time to fall within the rebate qualification date by over two months! I’m not happy about this unreasonable delay getting my car and adding insult to injury losing out on a rebate that I should’ve qualified for. This was not my fault and I ordered well within the window to qualify for that rebate. I tried to contact the owner of the dealership and thus far have not received a call back. More
