Please train your “work from home” emolyees how long the service will actually take! I’m not at luxury of taking off work and simply handing out at dealership for hours and hours and I don’t have luxury to service will actually take! I’m not at luxury of taking off work and simply handing out at dealership for hours and hours and I don’t have luxury to work from home! I was told service would take 30 minutes, it took 1.5 hours and then another 20 min to bring car back to the lot! Unacceptable! More
