Excellent service , availability and respectful. Great to detail , loaner handled expertly . Valet is a very nice feature. I do understand the lot configuration is a factor. The service was fast. I like that the wiper blade was replaced as part of the check up. I had the complimentary car wash. My advisor, Jason, did a good job. I like that the wiper blade was replaced as part of the check up. I had the complimentary car wash. My advisor, Jason, did a good job. More

I have been using Genesis of Englewood as my preferred service center for almost a year and a half. I had been quite satisfied with their overall service and customer support However, I am currently in service center for almost a year and a half. I had been quite satisfied with their overall service and customer support However, I am currently in the middle of a 3 week wait for some simple EV plug terminal covers that had been removed by the EV hose handle when I recently quick charged my GV60. I could not get through to service (which is often the case). So I drove almost a half hour to the dealership and asked for them to check whether my situation requires immediate remedy. They found one plus cap and I installed it temporarily as they found a service bulletin on my problem and proceeded to order a new set of plug tips. Having heard nothing in two weeks, I called and spoke to the parts department. They said that they would get right back to me with the status of my parts order. They never did. So three days ago I noticed an airbag warning light constantly out on my dash. BI called Genesis Concierge to request a service date for my car to be picked up and a loaner to be left with me. I have as told that I would receive a call this morning from the dealership to arrange the current servicing it is now mid-afternoon and I have heard nothing yet from the dealer. So I am d iving around with a problem with my airbag system and a missing high voltage lead tip in my EV charger socket. I do not understand what is happening but maybe there has been a change at the dealership - a change for the worse. Courtesy and keeping a promise is all that I ask of a dealership. When this Baselibeblevel of service becomes a burden to keep as well as to expect, it may be time to move on to another dealer - some of which I have already tried and found to provide less than a luxury level of customer service.
