Another five-star service experience at Genesis of Englewood. Kelly McNichol got me in for my 24k service with two days' notice and again arranged for valet services to pick up and return my 2024 Gen Englewood. Kelly McNichol got me in for my 24k service with two days' notice and again arranged for valet services to pick up and return my 2024 Genesis G90. What a convenience that valet service is! Jason Moran is great! He kept me posted during the entire service appointment and explained all the service work being done on my G90 and clearly explained what and why what service was needed, and just as important what was not. Jason also sent me a video of my car in the Genesis of Englewood service department with the service technician explaining all the work done and multipoint service checks. Wow! Exceptional! I love my 2024 Genesis G90 and am extremely pleased with level of professionalism and expertise consistently received from Genesis of Englewood service department. I know that I am in great hands. Dealership service rep does not demonstrate an aptitude for communicating servicing status updates, picking up the phone to make himself available to the customer, and rarely returns voice messages left fo for communicating servicing status updates, picking up the phone to make himself available to the customer, and rarely returns voice messages left for him. He is only good at taking in the vehicle to be serviced and to ultimately notify you once it is completed - even if there have been delays along the way that should have been related to the customer so that expectations of completion can remain matched with reality. On multiple occasions I have been promised things that ended up not being fulfilled - costing me time and trust. Honesty of the service department employees is not necessarily the best - as damage to the vehicle occured while being serviced and this was not reported to the owner and had to be proven via review of video security footage once discovered by the owner. The dealership you're that it provides a novel feature online that allows the service customer to follow at what point in the servicing process their vehicle is at the moment. Also, this also includes a video taken during servicing where the mechanic explains what was done. Once, this was provided and found to be very impressive. Recently, the video feature contained no video of the servicing and the "progress timeline" remained at or near the very beginning of the "service journey" until the work was finally completed two weeks late. The dealership has on multiple occasions used the excuse that they are a new Genesis dealer and that they are working out some issues. However, Benzel-Bush Motorcars has been around for many decades and is supposed to know how to treat a customer after the sale. There is nothing special about their dealership other than a new showroom. The methods and practices of the personnel are no different than most others. More
