Jason my salesperson was great, he was very responsive over text, and helped me order the exact car we wanted with the right options etc. Finance didn't give me the best rate until I pressed them on it over text, and helped me order the exact car we wanted with the right options etc. Finance didn't give me the best rate until I pressed them on it, which was disappointing, but honestly most dealers don't give you the best loan at first, so I expected it. They did try to sell me a $5-6k warranty but didn't bother me much when I said no, so that was nice. More

I've purchased 2 trucks from this dealership . So this review comes from multiple purchases . 2016 f150 2021 f150. My 2021 f150 my sales guy changed the the monthly price (Jason) once it came time to sigh the paperwork . finance manager changed some things so the buyout at end of lease was much higher. This time around I thought it was a honest mistake. This time around I put $ down on a lightning when I came into finalize the same thing happened. JASON strikes again. Do yourself a favor. Pay attention to their shady tactics. He said the battery (ev)is covered for the life of the truck. When I asked for that in writing. He said he made a mistake. .. I asked that question 5 times he assured me the battery in the lightning was covered for the life of the truck.. I bought a truck from another dealership. When it came time to return my lease he played games with my return. And giving me my deposit.. DONT SHOP AT SAYVILLE FORD . More
