Will never return. Should have learned from previous visits but went there on my lunch break today simply for wipers for my Tundra. Stood at the parts counter for over ten minutes without service, two employees in the back walked by and made eye contact but never came or told another employee someone was at counter. Another exited the department walking by and same result. I own two Toyotas and will drive from Matthews to Huntersville dealership before i go back here. Pathetic. More
