They didn’t have a 0 so I was forced to give 1. Pedro, awful, experience awful. Even their finance guy said he wouldn’t come in to buy a car at his own dealership. Took 7 hours to buy a car without Pedro, awful, experience awful. Even their finance guy said he wouldn’t come in to buy a car at his own dealership. Took 7 hours to buy a car without financing. Car subsequently failed inspection. I guess that 189 point inspection didn’t cover much but thanks for checking that the locks worked. Find a car elsewhere, that is my free tip to anyone reading. I wish i can give 0 starts to this dealership, that’s how bad they have treating us, we bought a vehicle in December 2024 and we drove all the way to NJ from CT, and as of today March 6th 2025 we haven’t got bad they have treating us, we bought a vehicle in December 2024 and we drove all the way to NJ from CT, and as of today March 6th 2025 we haven’t got our plates and the staff there keep ignoring our calls even talked to the manager John and he has care less about our case, the tag plate expired 2 months ago and haven’t even use the Van we bought. Honestly I Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. For anyone who’s buying from them all I gotta say is be careful and read their reviews. More

Sal and Peter are habitual liars. They yes you to death but you won't get any results. This place is full of snakes and thieves. Let’s start with environmental protection fees, 2495 they couldn’t tell me what that is then they have another fee antitheft windows etching $495 then they have gap insurance $1200 then they have extended warranty for 3995 which none of these fees were explained to me at the end of the day they make you so tired that you just sign just to get out of there when I came home to realize all these things I went back to them they took off two of the fees and they left the one for 495 and 2495 that they couldn’t explain to me what that was. I didn’t need extended warranty. The car was only one years old, so they tried to sell warranty that would be worth nothing at the end of the term because you have a warranty on the car already which is a manufacture warranty. I would never ever buy a car from them. They are disgusting and they do a blame game. Scam. Scam. Scam. Ford should take there. Dealer license away from them. More
