Believe me when I say this, Red McCombs is a dealership YOU CAN TRUST for OUTSTANDING all around customer service. After being disappointed with another dealership in town, Red McCombs Ford West and Dylan YOU CAN TRUST for OUTSTANDING all around customer service. After being disappointed with another dealership in town, Red McCombs Ford West and Dylan Davis took the time to meet my family and I ten (10) minutes before closing to answer our questions and begin the entire car sale process THAT NIGHT!!! As much as I felt bad making Dylan stay later than usual, he exhibited a professional demeanor given the time of day throughout the entire process without a hint of irritation. Personally, this car sale experience was special to me because I purchase my daughter her first car. Because of this experience, we will always remember this experience. Red McCombs and Dylan for staying open later than usuals on a Tuesday night. The next morning, we met with Mark Jackson in the finance department the totally sealed the deal. Mark was amazing and took the time to answer our questions especially at a time when his office was experiencing warm conditions because of HVAC issues (hot office). My family and I are grateful to Red McCombs, Dylan, Mark and the entire Red McCombs sale team. I highly recommend asking for Dylan Davis the next time you visit Red McCombs West Ford.
