Mike Largent refused to adequately repair my vehicle because I presented a coupon. He and Tanner Lawson were the two I talked with and they became upset when negotiating the prices to have work recomme because I presented a coupon. He and Tanner Lawson were the two I talked with and they became upset when negotiating the prices to have work recommendations started on the vehicle. I usually get price gauged when I go to get my car serviced, but never dealt with Tanner yelling at me to get out his office and the unprofessionalism of Mike who literally lied to my face saying shuttles don't run to my address after I was taken home by a shuttle when i dropped the car off to Mike, so I had to get a ride back to get my car. Nissan is laying off 9,000 employees because sales are down and its employees like these two who truly made my mind up to never buy a Nissan. Thank God the car I tried to have serviced is my wife's car and not mines, but I feel bad for her because her car still needs to be fixed and we are dealing with these PEOPLE. She's truly over this experience and wants to go to a different dealer to purchase a vehicle so she will not have to deal with the disrespect ever again. So again, just to clarify, I brought my wife's Nissan to Mike, because the service engine light was on, and I previously paid to get over $8k worth of work done to this vehicle since 2022. Mike accepted my car as I gave it to him in good faith to diagnose the vehicle for misfiring. Mike literally told me misfires are difficult to diagnose so therefore no work was done to the vehicle because they made the codes go away (he didnt say how, but im sure he just unplugged the battery), and for me to pay a $200 diagnoses fee and if I drive off the lot and the service lights come on, for me to bring my vehicle back and I pay $200 again. Mike had no explanation for the first reason the service light was on to begin with so in essence, if or when I return this vehicle when the service light comes on again, which it will because nothing was done to the car, I'm positive Mike will say once again tell me because he don't know why the service light is on i have to pay $200 for him not being a good mechanic supervisor who can train his workers to diagnose codes, therefore I will be caught in a cycle of paying $200 until I stop dealing with his auto shop. Mike thinks people are that stupid to pay him even one time for saying he can't diagnose their car service lights or misfiring, what a piece of crap he is. But this all began when I presented a coupon. More
