It should not take 2 hours for an oil change. If they are double or triple booking like a doctors office then they need to stop. My paperwork and keys were laying in her counter. I asked if I was ready to go and she then copped an attitude and told me she had to finish the paperwork and she had others in front of me. I told her I had another appointment so then she finally does my paperwork. While I was waiting for the service, I went into the showroom to see about pricing on a new C8 corvette. There were at least 4 salespeople within sight and no one asked if they could help me. Finally, Jason came by from a back office and asked if I had been helped. He took me back to his office and helped me. More

Justin and Eric were great to work with. When we came in to sign papers the finance man did not believe we were told we were getting an extra $2000 off.
