While they were fairly nice in the beginning, it seems that as soon as I drove away, they didn’t care anymore. I called soon after I arrived home to tell them there was a problem with the windshield. I just found out today when I was at another Volvo dealership that when I had my car back at this dealership back in 2021 nothing that they said was done is true. I suspected a suspension issue so I t dealership that when I had my car back at this dealership back in 2021 nothing that they said was done is true. I suspected a suspension issue so I took there. I have an extended warranty so the diagnostics would be covered. Anyway , nothing wrong with the suspension (and this is after them keeping the car one week) and talking to their arrogant service manager. He said that they did the alignment and I should pick it up. Fast forward to today, took it for an alignment to Ocala Volvo and they said there was no record of Tarpon doing any alignment !!! They always have a report of before and after the alignment is performed: NO TRACE OF ANY REPORTS!!! Not only their service manager is rude but also a LIAAAR!!!! He told to me come pick up my vehicle and when I said that he does not want me to come down there because it would not be good for him he hung up. Mind you they are used to bully retirees , I am not one of those, I was ready to handle his xxx. 5 minutes later his coward xxx calls me apologizing probably realizing what he did. Don't remember his name nor I care but I hope he is gooooone by now!!! Taking my car to Ocala from now on. More
