I would avoid this place at all costs. They sold me a car with unexplained mileage that stopped working as soon as I got it home. It took volvo 6 hrs to pick it up. First they said it was a software issue then they sd dead battery even though the car started when the tow truck arrived. They gave me back my trade in and tore up my check. giant aggravating waste of time. More

While they were fairly nice in the beginning, it seems that as soon as I drove away, they didn’t care anymore. I called soon after I arrived home to tell them there was a problem with the windshield. The reply was short and defensive and their glass man said there was nothing he could do. I sought out my own repair at my expense just to feel safe in my new car. Next year when I trade again, I will not be buying from Ferman. More
