I sent a message that night and was contacted first thing the next morning. My sales rep at Auto Wholesale is Jason Green. He provided excellent communication from the beginning, throughout the process and after I purchased the vehicle. It was a long drive and I needed to know if it was worth the 5-hour round trip to look at the Jeep. I had several questions pertaining to the vehicle. Jason not only provided the answers, but sent very detailed videos for confirmation. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason Green. His customer service is superb, but without any sales pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the entire process easy. This includes having an appraisal on my trade in and an accurate estimate of the total monthly payment, before I made the drive. Jason also provided several different options to come up with the best payment plan for me. Great customer service is a lost art in this day in time.
