I went in with an appointment set with Jessie. I arrived a little early and met a man named Jason. I've never owned a Nissan but when I got into it, this was like driving my Challanger and my Elantra all wrapped into one and it had everything my Lariat had which I was trading in. I think God for Jason, he walked me through the whole process, he stayed with me and told me what was happening every step of the way. I couldn't have been more pleased! What makes it all the better is I did not spend my entire day at the dealership. I absolutely love the car he showed me and he did not pressure me, he didn't try to persuade me, he worked with me so well it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend for the time I was there. I cannot be more pleased and I would give 10 stars if I could. Jessie, the person I was supposed to meet called me the next day to check in on me and make sure I didn't have any questions or need anything and he was in contact with Jason during the day that I was buying my. Thank you guys! I am sending every single person your way if I hear they are looking for a car. You made what could have been a stressful day into a super easy day!! More

Plenty of Pros at this dealership, my only con would be whoever cleans your cars. Mine was visibly dirty everywhere, inside and out. This seems to be a staple in the car industry today. How can you charge me for a fabric and paint protection service that apparently was applied over a dirty vehicle. Not a fan of this practice. Two rather large stains in the carpet in the passenger area, did you just scotch guard over that? More
