I went in with an appointment set with Jessie. I arrived a little early and met a man named Jason. I've never owned a Nissan but when I got into it, this was like driving my Challanger and my Elantra all wrapped into one and it had everything my Lariat had which I was trading in. I think God for Jason, he walked me through the whole process, he stayed with me and told me what was happening every step of the way. I couldn't have been more pleased! What makes it all the better is I did not spend my entire day at the dealership. I absolutely love the car he showed me and he did not pressure me, he didn't try to persuade me, he worked with me so well it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend for the time I was there. I cannot be more pleased and I would give 10 stars if I could. Jessie, the person I was supposed to meet called me the next day to check in on me and make sure I didn't have any questions or need anything and he was in contact with Jason during the day that I was buying my. Plenty of Pros at this dealership, my only con would be whoever cleans your cars. Mine was visibly dirty everywhere, inside and out. This seems to be a staple in the car industry today. How can you charge me for a fabric and paint protection service that apparently was applied over a dirty vehicle. Not a fan of this practice.
