First, let me say that I live in New Hampshire (not Vermont), but when I was looking to purchase a Toyota RAV4 – Prime XSE, I “surfed” a lot of dealerships exploring all my options including vehicle av Vermont), but when I was looking to purchase a Toyota RAV4 – Prime XSE, I “surfed” a lot of dealerships exploring all my options including vehicle availability in difficult times. Sad to say, several dealers were marking the RAV4’s up from MSRP with only a few dealers that did not - White River Toyota in Vermont was one of those who would sell the vehicle at MSRP. I started out dealing with Jason Gouchberg (Internet sales staff) who I found to be very friendly, informative and well versed in subject material. I eventually drove to Vermont to meet Jason and see what the dealership had to offer. Once there, Jason introduced me to Jonathan “Jon” Roden, a sales person who would be helping me. Although the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, Jon showed me ones they did have and others that may become available. I also knew that realistically, the vehicle I wanted would have to be ordered and the wait time would be several months. After considering all my options and vehicle availabity, I decided to focus my attention on the RAV4 Limited - Hybrid rather than the Prime XSE and my name was put on one that was being built at the factory, due for completion on 11/17/21. During the 3-4 weeks the vehicle was being built, Jon was in regular contact assuring me of any progress and answered any questions I may have had. From the time I spoke with Jason on the phone, then met with him and Jonathan in person, to the time I drove off the lot with my new vehicle, I could not have been more happy and satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend White River Toyota to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle and wants to deal with a great dealership and fantastic staff. More
