I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change they never said they were short handed or very busy. All thy did was let me sit and wonder till at 3:00 I went to check and saw my car on the rack with nobody a said they were short handed or very busy. When I asked Jason what was going on thats when he said they were busy and short handed.I asked why I wasn't told sooner his response was well those things happen. His answer was rude and unapologetic. After almost 3 hours waiting for a 20 minute oil change Ben who I booked the appoinment with brought me the paper work and apologized. He was at lunch when I came in and didn't know what was going on. Never a word from Jason. More
