I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family i experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. I was told within seconds of my first phone call that "We Make Dreams Com True" Truly showed me what that meant by taking care of the location of 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring Meteorite Gray/Black Leather...No dings, scratches or issues upon inspection prior to an incredible road-test track Lee brought us on. Less than ideal experience I recently bought a used vehicle from here and will never step foot in this place again. I suggest you not either. The sales person was great, and the service manager who helped me go over the vehicle was a solid professional which is why I gave it two stars. I gave them 4 days notice of my coming in, and their response was to have the car not ready with a dead battery, be rude and condescending to me while trying to pressure me into using their financing, and playing dumb about how bank transfers work. Had I not traveled 2 hours and already dropped off my one way rental I would have left and gone back home. The sales team members were talking negatively about me in their little area, and didn't seem to care when it was pointed out to them not once, but twice that I could hear them. I stayed the night to make the deal work, and was met with more sarcastic comments from the sales team when I showed up the next morning to finish the deal. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized sales and financing team. More

A total stress free and helpful car buying experience ! I went to Honda to get an idea of what I might like for new car. I ended up purchasing a used Ford Titanium. I certainly didn't think I would be buying a car that day. However, Jason Gardiner was extremely helpful and patient in trying to help me find the right car for me. He and John Fittz were more than willing to take care of any concerns I had about the car. I drove away a very happy person and I know I could come back to them if I had any problems.
