I’ve been to the service department a few times over the past few months as my warranty is nearing its end. I wanted to make sure certain things were repaired. The staff has been excellent. I'm so glad I decided to upgrade my car! The whole process was surprisingly easy. Cal and Geo were fantastic to work with, and they made sure I understood everything. He really helped us a lot throughout the decision to upgrade and recommended me to Cal. He's very honest, transparent, and genuinely a great person to chat with. Purchased a used car with tinted windows on a Thursday. Was told that there would be no issues removing the tint. Picked up car on Saturday, made a comment to salesman that there were a lot of residue (I Was told that there would be no issues removing the tint. Picked up car on Saturday, made a comment to salesman that there were a lot of residue (I am assuming glue) from the tint removal. Once I got home, noticed there was a crack in the windshield on the passenger side. Contacted my salesman (I cannot remember his full name Chris. I do remember I was his FIRST SALE at Jim Ellis) on Monday to let him know. He told me to call service and they would be able to assist me. Contacted service, made an appointment. Took car in for windshield to be replaced, was told by sales manager (David Valdes) that they would patch the windshield (as it looked like it had already been patched in the past) and that everything would be ok with it. If it starts to crack, then bring it back and the windshield could be replaced (but I purchased the plan for the windshield to be replaced if there was ever a crack while in my possession). As I was driving my nice "new used" car home, I realized that I could not live with that patched cracked windshield for I don't know how many years and I wanted it replaced. So, I contacted service, asked if the windshield could be replaced and set up another appointment for the windshield to be replaced. It was replaced by service (who were extremely professional; I would recommend service any day) at my expense of $1303.00. Although I purchased the car "as-is", there was an exception that Jim Ellis would remove the tint. In my mind, I am thinking if they remove the tint and there is an issue, they would contact me, and try to make it right. Or, even if they did not see the "patched" windshield, the salesman and the sales manager (both I spoke with the day of sale and was told that the tint could be removed and there would be no issue), could have tried to work out a workable solution. Instead, basically I was told to "live with it". There is no way, I would ever purchase a car with a "patched" cracked windshield. To be honest, I am not sure anyone would!!! I would certainly recommend this dealership for its IMPECCABLE SERVICE CENTER but not for the SALES EXPERIENCE. I had no issues with Financing. More

Jason (and the whole team) always takes good care of my Volvo. Nice team and friendly. The facility is nice to sit (if you have to) for an hour or two--but they seem to work as quickly as possible so I'm n Volvo. Nice team and friendly. The facility is nice to sit (if you have to) for an hour or two--but they seem to work as quickly as possible so I'm never there for a long time. I drive out of my way to for service but so far, it's been worth it. I hope they keep up the good work. More

Took my C-70 in for a noise that happened during braking and driving at low speeds. Diagnosed as transmission problem and $7800 to fix.
