Very disappointed! No counter offer was given after I made an offer for a vehicle. I was told the sales price was the final offer. I didn't feel like this place was truly trying to sell me a car. I didn't even get a follow up after the offer or another vehicle suggestion. Customer service skills needs improvement!. More

Brake Repairs When I first came to the dealership with issues with my car, I received good service. However, after the problem had not resolved and I returned to th When I first came to the dealership with issues with my car, I received good service. However, after the problem had not resolved and I returned to the dealership through Lemon Law, I received absolutely awful service. The employee was rude and treated me like trash. When I left my car for service, they sat me in another vehicle to drive me home, but pulled me out of the car and refused to help when they learned I had come to Lemon Law. I left this dealership feeling distraught and disturbed by their behavior. More
