While in the business, Jason has done sales and finance. Jason joined David Dodge to come back to the resale side of the business with experience in sales, finance, digital media, and used cars. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his fiance and their two children. He enjoys going to the beach, riding bikes and working on his house.

So GREAT, Jerry was wonderful not pushy or rude, a great per David Auto is a great place to go. I would recomend them to anyone. Grand Cherokee Jeep Issue So I wanted to update on our used vehicle purchase with David Dodge, so after going back and forth for a few weeks, a decision was made to allow us to So I wanted to update on our used vehicle purchase with David Dodge, so after going back and forth for a few weeks, a decision was made to allow us to trade our vehicle in that we just purchased, since there have been issues with it since we got it. So we pick another used Jeep Grand Cherokee , have it for a few days, no real issues, go to dealership to make the deal, and now we are stuck with either finding another vehicle (as we don't like others on lot) because this Jeep is a little bit more expensive then the one we originally purchased. Now I feel after all we have been thru, them having my other Jeep for over a month now,replacing system twice, paying on a vehicle we don't have since April, they can budge a little bit more on the price of the vehicle. We didn't go above and beyond the price of the original purchase in my mind, So I told them where we need to be, and they come back extending our loan from 66 months to 77 months... NOW how does that sound to you?? Does it sound like they are doing what they can to make a customer happy?? I don't think it is?? IT doesn't benefit us at all after all the trouble we have been thru.. They aren't coming down on price and or saying Listen we are sorry for what you have gone thru, We realize your time and patience is important to us and we value you as a customer, They are still trying to make a dime, after we lost time and money(monthly payments) buying this other vehicle... SO we ended with we want to talk to David, he is out for 2 weeks, so we will wait, if they can't make this deal on the new Jeep, then I feel that I want to get my check for the trade in on our old vehicle and the money back we paid so far on Jeep we never used since April, and take my business elsewhere, which I really don't want to do , however I feel I have no choice. ... 20 plus years with my family buying cars from Davids.. and this is the thanks we get!!!!! More

USED CAR ISSUE My husband and I recently purchased 2 used Grand Cherokee Limited vehicles from David's this past April. Sadly my husbands Grand Cherokee has had issu My husband and I recently purchased 2 used Grand Cherokee Limited vehicles from David's this past April. Sadly my husbands Grand Cherokee has had issues since we have had it, 5 days later was in shop, in fact its been in the shop more then we have driven it ourselves. We are PAYING for a vehicle that we don't have!!! We have taken into service and had radio replaced 2 times, and still have the same issue with connectivity, and A/C, Heat temps. Clearly there is an issue with this vehicle and I now don't have any confidence in the reliability for the future of this vehicle. With that said, we last dropped it off on June 27th and to date (7/18/19) they have had our vehicle, when we went to pick it up over a week ago now, it wasn't fixed but was told it was good to go. We sat with the manager of service they all see the issue and are basically stumped in my opinion ... What I don't get is we purchase a CERTIFIED used vehicle which tells me there should be NO issues, how can we have an issue a few days later if it was CERTIFIED? Once more when calling to check on vehicle (7/17/19) I was passed around for 10 minutes while they were looking for Jason Finley, and was eventually hung up on, I also left a message for David and haven't gotten a call back ?? I am unsure why we are getting this treatment, I am to assume its because we didn't buy NEW vehicles, are we not good enough customers for them??? My family has been dealing with Davids for well over 10 years, We have 15 vehicles in my family from Davids, Jeep Wranglers, Cherokees, Durango... The frustration is real and we just want out of this vehicle at this point since its clearly not reliable!!!! More
