I had a terrific experience at Spitzer Chevy Amherst service department! Nancy was so informative as she scheduled my appointment making it easy and a time I could stop in. The service writer Patty was very through in explaining what was included with my visit. Rhonda, another service writer, was able to give me advice on possible trouble spots down the road and help take steps to make a follow up appointment through Patty.
