I had a terrific experience at Spitzer Chevy Amherst service department! Nancy was so informative as she scheduled my appointment making it easy and a time I could stop in. Rhonda, another service writer, was able to give me advice on possible trouble spots down the road and help take steps to make a follow up appointment through Patty.
